If a band member is taken ill, the act will almost always be able to provide a suitable replacement. All our acts work with a small pool of trusted musicians who can step in at short notice.

My venue has a sound limiter. Can I still hire a band?

Absolutely. Some venues have sound limiters, which will cause the band’s PA system to cut out if it reaches a certain volume. As long as you let the musicians know about this before booking them, they will arrange to play quieter to meet the venue’s noise restrictions.

How far in advance should I book musicians for my event?

It’s always best to book as far in advance as possible. Particularly busy dates include Saturdays in May to September and most dates over the Christmas period. Most acts will take bookings two years in advance.
