The Forgers

Party Band

The Forgers cover band are an English rock and indie covers band, available for hire across the UK.

Established in 2008, we have earned a reputation as the UK's leading three-piece covers band, with a huge repertoire of hits suitable for any event.

We are masters of audience participation and will have the audience dancing and singing along with the hit songs in our setlist!

The Forgers also offer a DJ package - no need to hire a separate DJ!

We are in demand for all types of event, including weddings and anniversaries, birthday parties, corporate events, festivals, charity events, garden parties and university balls.

Do you play live?

We don’t expect you to pay for a phony act; you are assured that The Forgers cover band play 100% live. Every note you will hear is played on the spot – no backing tracks!

How long do you play for?

We typically perform two sets of 45 minutes or three of 40 minutes. However, we can negotiate with you according to your needs. If you are getting married, we can also play some acoustic songs during the reception or at the drinks reception, then play a party set with the full band set up in the evening.

Do I need to hire any extra equipment?

We bring our own sound and lighting rig which is big enough for most small to medium venues. We are happy to discuss larger events (including outdoor festivals etc.) and the sort of equipment that may need to be hired. Generally if your event is for more than about 250 people, it is worthwhile hiring a separate audio visual company to provide the sound and lighting equipment for the event. If you are unsure, please ask.

Do I need to hire a separate DJ?

We can provide disco lighting and a laptop DJ service at no extra cost to yourselves. We can also provide a bespoke recorded playlist (you choose the songs in advance) for a small fee. We will do our best to cater for requests from your guests on the night too.

Anything else?

In addition to our fee, we ask for a secure, clean changing room, some drinks (beers appreciated, but not essential) and a hot meal for each band member. There are three of us.
