Trust & Security
At FixTheMusic we take your trust and security very seriously.
It all starts with our high standards and attention to detail. We select only the very best musicians to become part of our community. We’ve carefully curated our professional musicians by reviewing their past testimonials, references and material. Our musicians adhere to the very highest standards of professionalism and integrity, so you can book with complete confidence.
A secure platform — bookers pay with debit/credit card via our secure checkout when they book a musician. Musicians receive payment through FixTheMusic one working day after the event. With all the transactions dealt with, you can relax and enjoy your event.
Our messaging system means that there is a paper trail of the event details discussed between bookers and musicians, so both parties are protected. These messages form the contract, together with our terms of service and the Agreement between bookers and musicians. This is much safer than discussing over the telephone or even meeting face to face.
We’re here to help — our dedicated and reliable team is available around the clock to help you with any problems you might encounter. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44 20 7193 0615.
We use Stripe secure checkout for payments — Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
