A secure platform — bookers pay with debit/credit card via our secure checkout when they book a musician. Musicians receive payment through FixTheMusic one working day after the event. With all the transactions dealt with, you can relax and enjoy your event.
Our messaging system means that there is a paper trail of the event details discussed between bookers and musicians, so both parties are protected. These messages form the contract, together with our terms of service and the Agreement between bookers and musicians. This is much safer than discussing over the telephone or even meeting face to face.

We use Stripe secure checkout for payments — Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
