The Mayfairs

They offer a Bandeoke option for anyone wanting to get the audience up and singing with the band and as standard, the artist provides party music from a laptop for before, between and after the band's performances to keep your guests up and dancing when they are not performing.

The Mayfairs play a wide range of private and corporate events. Specialising in weddings and parties, they have also played at many corporate events for clients such as Orange Mobile, Hilton Hotels, and Bath Rugby.

The band are happy to look at a specific song for your event whether it's a first dance or just a song that you would love to have included.

Playing classics from the Stones to the Scissor Sisters, The Mayfairs are the perfect party band for weddings and functions, specialising in "bandeoke" entertainment – karaoke with a live band!

Since forming in 2003 they have been performing regularly at weddings, parties and functions across Avon, Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset and Gloucestershire.

They are based around Bath and Bristol, but travel across the South West to bring high-quality music to venues and occasions of all types and sizes.

Their live repertoire is large and varied and includes a wide range of classic covers and current favourites. They're always game for a bit of audience participation, and even offer a "bandeoke" service if required - basically karaoke with a live band.

Individually the band members have worked with artists including Odyssey, Glenn Jones, Surface and notched up a number 1 album in the UK Soul Chart with Alicia Myers.

They pride themselves on providing a first class show, with a no fuss professional service, leaving you just to enjoy the show. Our band members are Tim, Chris, Jon and Jamie.

The agreed cost of hiring the band is for two hours of live music (approximately) and includes all necessary equipment, lighting and travel costs.

All quotes are based on a 7pm arrival and a midnight finish. Earlier arrival times and later finish times are negotiable but will incur an additional fee.

We can learn one song request for no fee, provided it is viable for the instruments in our line up. Additional requests would incur a £50 fee to cover rehearsal costs.

Clients can use our top spec PA for their personal iPod interval music selection. The band equipment, including PA system and lighting, is top quality ensuring the best possible sound.

The starting price is £650 based on any location within a 20-mile radius of BA1. Bandeoke option available (karaoke with live band).
