About Cap Manouche – professional Gypsy Jazz band based in Saint-Raphaël, France
Hailing from the South of France and formed in 2012, Cap Manouche offers a musical style inspired by Gypsy jazz and swing, drawing major inspiration from the spirit of the Quintette du Hot Club de France (Django Reinhardt and Stéphane Grappelli).
Over the years, the band has developed a unique identity, blending Gypsy jazz and American jazz standards while elegantly reimagining more contemporary tracks.
From Django Reinhardt to Charlie Parker and from Wes Montgomery to Stevie Wonder, George Michael or Gloria Gaynor, their repertoire transcends genre boundaries to create an atmosphere that is both refined and accessible.
Experienced in event entertainment, Cap Manouche performs regularly at weddings, luxury hotels, restaurants, festivals and prestigious venues, both in France and abroad.
The band provides musical accompaniment for drinks receptions, cocktail hours, dinners and private parties, with music designed to blend naturally into every moment of the event.
Depending on the desired atmosphere and format, the group can perform as a duo, trio, quartet or larger ensemble, with the option to include a female vocalist to add an extra dimension to the performance.
Their extensive experience on stage and in the events industry allows them to adapt to everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale events, always paying close attention to elegance and sound levels.
