Our set up takes 60 - 90 minutes. We require enough stage or floor area to accommodate a 6-piece band (minimum 6 metres wide by 2 metres deep). We will also require a dressing room to get changed.
In general, we perform 2 x 1-hour sets of live music plus encores!

The Funk Wedding Band are a professional live music outfit based in the North East of England. We have been together for several years, and are now one of the most popular wedding bands in the North East.
We play funky, good-time tunes from all eras that are guaranteed to get people on the dance floor. Our repertoire is mostly made up of funk, disco, soul, and some pop and R&B. If it ain’t funky, we don’t wanna know!
The Funk Wedding Band has worked hard over the past few years honing our water-tight set. All of our members are professional musicians at the top of their game, which is why we are the band of choice for so many functions, weddings and public events across the North of England.
We are a touring function band which means we are available for weddings, parties, corporate events and functions across the UK. Most of our work is in the North of England where we are based, but we can travel anywhere in the UK.
We also make a few public appearances in selected pubs and clubs around the Teesside area.
