They can tailor their set lists to suit a variety of occasions and settings including wedding receptions, corporate functions, garden parties, special events.

They can cater for smooth elegant background music or get guests on their dancing feet at 1920's Themed Events, Great Gatsby Events, Swing dances, Peaky Blinders events and Latin themed parties.

The full band is comprised of vocals, guitar, saxophone, double bass and percussion.

They are also available smaller line-up options including duo (guitar and vocals) and trio (guitar, vocals and saxophone). Additional instruments can be added on request.

Their repertoire list is not exclusive and they will always try to cater for special requests including the first dance, and for special themes.

The band members chose the name because although they have come from diverse musical backgrounds and performing a variety of different musical styles from flamenco to rock to Italian swing, they have come together on the same musical journey.

Hetty, Miguel and Guillermo have come from diverse musical backgrounds and play a variety of different musical styles from bossa nova and flamenco to Latin jazz and Italian swing.

After performing their first gig in London in 2015, the audience reaction to their music endorsed the band's view that they have something really special to offer.

Recent clients include Bilbao Berria, Revolucion de Cuba, El Gaucho, Fludigm, Global Picnic (World Music Festival), Graveney and Meadow, Jamón Jamón and Pop Brixton. Normally we play 2 x 45-minute sets with a short break in between.

We can offer any line-up from a duo to quintet depending on your preference and budget.

The London Latin Jazz Band is fronted by charismatic vocalist Hetty who is a classically trained singer and jazz vocalist. Hetty began studying music and playing violin at the age of 7 years.

She was born in London and studied music at Junior Trinity Laban Conservatory, the Conservatorio G.B. Martini in Bologna and Lancaster University from where she graduated with a joint honours degree in Music and Italian Studies.

Hetty lived in Italy for five years and returned to London in the summer of 2014. She enjoys singing in English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese and performs with jazz and pop bands in London.

Guitarist Miguel (aka the smooth Spaniard) is an exceptional Spanish guitarist from Barcelona, who is based in London.

He has played music from an early age, and studied jazz music studies at Leeds College of Music, graduating from Middlesex University in London in 2014.

He started his music career in Leeds playing in bands in the north of England and decided to move to London to pursue his studies and develop his music career.

In London, he has been performing Spanish rumba music and has collaborated with other world music bands. Miguel is also a linguist who speaks fluent English, Spanish and French.

Guillermo is an excellent and passionate saxophonist and flautist from Rota, on the coast of Cadiz (Spain). He started playing music at the age of 10 years in the local band Maestro Enrique Galan and was a band member for 14 years.

Guillermo pursued his studies at the University of Cadiz where he graduated in Primary Teaching. At the Conservatory of Cadiz Guillermo went on to study for a Music degree on the Saxophone, and he collaborated with a jazz big band and became involved in the jazz scene.

"We hired Homerton college for a dinner venue and were lucky to have The London Latin Jazz Band perform for our clients. From the beginning, they were very professional to deal with and performed beautiful sets ideal as a background jazz music. Our guests were complimenting the group and especially Heather's singing voice. We had an international group and some of our Spanish customers loved Spanish songs. Definitely recommend!"

"We recently hired The London Latin Jazz Band to play at World Picnic 2018 and we weren't disappointed! The crowd were mesmerised by Heather's voice and the saxophone was a big crowd-pleaser too. The soothing sounds and relaxing vibes mixed with the Jazzy 'up beat' rhythm was an amazing experience and we hope to have them back in the future!"
