About Moscova Swing – professional Italian Style Swing band based in Milan, Italy
Moscova Swing is a collective of Italian musicians founded in 2014, specialising in Italian and international swing and the timeless sounds of the Dolce Vita.
Based in Milan and performing across Italy, the group brings together some of the country's finest jazz and swing musicians.
Their repertoire spans Italian Dolce Vita classics from the 1950s and 60s, the great American jazz standards, and beloved Italian songs from a golden era of melody.
Whether performing the timeless hits of Mina, Fred Buscaglione and Natalino Otto, or reimagining the classic standards of Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald, Moscova Swing delivers every set with sophistication, warmth and an unmistakably Italian sense of style.
Moscova Swing performs in flexible formations to suit any occasion: a trio of voice, guitar and clarinet or sax; a quartet adding double bass; or a quintet with the addition of drums or accordion. Larger ensembles are available on request.
Every lineup is wireless and fully amplified, or can perform acoustically, making the group easy to adapt to any venue from intimate garden ceremonies to grand ballroom receptions.
The collective has become a trusted name for international couples marrying in Italy, and their client portfolio reads like a who's who of luxury fashion and lifestyle: Tiffany, Dior, Giacomo Milano, Marni and HUDA Beauty.
Every booking includes professional sound equipment provided by the band, plus a curated playlist that runs during breaks so the music never stops from the first guest's arrival to the final dance.
