Romeo Jazz brings sassy, speakeasy-inspired remakes of Pop, R’n’B and Soul tunes, all delivered with an upbeat jazz feel.
Fronted by a charismatic female vocalist, the band is fully mobile and flamboyantly styled, adding both sound and visual flair to any event.
Perfect for relaxed soirées, they can float seamlessly between guests and tables and when the energy rises, they shift into lively swing sets that get people dancing.
Roameo Jazz can also be added as a 60-minute add-on to the original ROAMEO show, ideal for a cocktail hour or as background music during dinner.
The band offers a variety of line-up options, from a duo of vocals and guitar to a full five-piece including bass, drums and saxophone.
Performances usually run for two sets of forty-five minutes.
They typically arrive two and a half hours before the event, with around an hour needed for setup and soundcheck.
Romeo Jazz can learn one requested song, often chosen for a first dance and they can provide sound, lighting and even a DJ or playlist service if required.
With full Public Liability Insurance, PAT-tested equipment and the ability to perform in unusual or outdoor settings, the band is highly adaptable.
