Woodsmoke Roamers song list consists of some of the all time greatest hits, to make sure they bring back a lot of memories and lighten up any event!

They usually perform 3 sets of 30 minutes each, but this can be customised to your needs.

All the musicians have extensive experience in performing internationally and pride themselves in being professional and responsible.

Based in Lisbon and performing internationally at weddings, birthdays, corporate events and as a residency band in various hotels and casinos.

The Musicians

Mauro is a self-taught singer, composer and instrumentalist, born in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), began his musical career 35 years ago. He went through several bands, cover and original projects, in the city of São Paulo, until he arrived in Portugal, in 1994, to record the album “Things Like that”, with Hot Stuff. Soon after, came the invitation and participation in the “Muita Lôco“ TV show from SIC (Portuguese Television).

Because of that, Muita Lôco band was born and produced three albums, all awarded gold records.

Duane got his first acoustic guitar on his 6th birthday, and since then music has never stopped being a part of his life. Music is part of your DNA, your soul.

Curious and always excited, he never thought to become a virtuoso on any instrument, but instead, trying some different instruments freely, having already gone through acoustic guitar, piano, keyboard, bass, percussion, electric guitar, etc.

In addition, he participated in several vocal groups and choirs, and was always very interested in work involving voices and good interpretations. When he decided to effectively assume the label of "singer", he chose the acoustic guitar as the best company in this journey.

Xico graduated in Electric Bass from the Jazz Department of the Amsterdam Conservatory. Nominated for the Latin Grammy 2021.

Approved in the audition for musicians of “Cirque du Soleil”, Paris, 2011. Attended Workshops and Master Classes with John Scofield, Linley Marthe, Richard Bona, Kai Eckhardt, Dominique di Piazza, John Clayton, Terry Lyne Carrington, Jim Black, Nelson Faria, Kiko Freitas, Ney Conceição. As a freelance musician, he has played and recorded with several artists and bands from the Portuguese and international markets.

Vítor was born in Tomar in 1971. At age 8, he began studying piano at the Santarém Conservatory, switching to saxophone at the age of 15. In 1990, he joined the Banda da Armada where he is a soloist.

In 1996, he completed the saxophone course at the National Conservatory of Lisbon with 9 Prof. Vítor Santos. He studied saxophone at E.S.M.L. in the jazz course with Prof. Desidério Lazaro, among others.

Chris, a drummer and percussionist, started playing drums at 8, starting his professional career at 10, since then, 36 years have passed. Versatility and technique are his main trademarks.

He went through fanfares, marching bands, orchestras, in addition to playing different styles, from traditional Brazilian samba, funk, jazz to rock. He has recorded countless musical works and shared the stage with great artists. Today he is a professional in the corporate events market. His references are Ringo Starr (The Beatles), John Bohnam (Led Zeppelin), among others.
