Danny Mercury Sax

Danny Mercury is from Havirov city, Czech Republic and he plays saxophone since 2002.

He graduated from the elementary art school with saxophone and there he played in the local orchestra and also with his favourite jazz band many years. He also graduated from university as a system engineer.

Officially he‘s started performing on the events as Danny Mercury in 2011, firstly he was beginning around all of his country and then in Slovakia.

In 2013 he‘s got his first gigs abroad, in capital cities of Austria and Poland for one of the world biggest IT corporate, ORACLE.

In 2017 he spent the summer season in IBIZA where he began simply from the bottom. Since June he‘s got there a lot of great references and regular gigs in beach clubs, restaurants, cocktail bars and hotels (totally 16 venues).

He performed there for hotel chain brands like Barceló Hotels, MELIÁ Hotels or Iberostar Hotels (SeaSoul Beach Club) etc.

He also showed his performance at Nikki Beach Ibiza and e.g. in one of the most famous clubs in Ibiza – Km5 (the main time of their 23rd anniversary).

During the summer season 2018 he was based in french riviera where he had the residencies in beach clubs Eden Plage St. Tropez and Long Beach Cannes.

In addition, he has performed several times at private parties around includes the party in Nikki Beach St. Tropez.

One of the most interesting experience is from Saudi Arabia, where he performed several days on the Perfume and Roses Festival in Jeddah sponsored by General Entertainment Authority in February 2018.

He was also invited to perform into the local radio show of the Saudia Radio which was broadcasted live around all the country.

In May 2018 he was a part of the season opening party of the great Candy Club Malia on Greece island Crete.

Summer 2016 he performed at boat parties by VVIP Zante and Rum & Raybans.

Then at one of the most famous beach clubs in Greece, Pure Beachclub. We can’t forget to mention his performance in the prestigious ELEON Grand Hotel – the chain of Atlantica Hotels, where he played on the Swedish wedding.

The winter 2016/17 he spent over six months in Cape Verde, where he performed exclusively for the world known hotel chain MELIÁ Hotels International.

He performed also in local TUI Sensimar and in Cape Verde’s most luxurious venue, Bikini Beach Club. There on NYE 17 he played with famous American producer Sandy Rivera in his set!

To his activities belong also private parties like weddings or different celebrations anywhere in the world.

He performed several times in e.g. in England, in Belgium, in Nantes and St. Tropez in France or on wedding in Latvia.

Actually his first gig in Ibiza was two-days party at luxurious private villa. Also in Zakynthos (Greece) he performed at the Swedish wedding and occasionally he join mountain parties in the Austrian Alps.

Danny Mercury Sax has notable experience also with performing in television. In 2012 he participated in the International talent TV show competition Czech & Slovakia’s Got Talent, where he finished in the semi-final round.

In September 2017 he performed as a guest star on the beauty contest Miss Face Czech Republic 2017, which was live-streamed in the national Óčko TV.
