About Saxpresso – professional Saxophonist based in Verona, Italy
Saxpresso is a saxophonist, clarinetist and wedding music coordinator based in Verona, Italy.
A classical clarinet graduate with top honours and thirteen years of experience, he brings musical sensitivity and a calm, practical approach to every celebration.
Saxpresso does not treat the ceremony, drinks reception, dinner and party as separate bookings.
He begins with a conversation about the couple, the setting and the atmosphere they want to create, then shapes a musical journey that flows naturally from one moment to the next.
The couple has one clear person coordinating the musical direction and the musicians involved, from the first entrance to the final dance.
The line-up can be as intimate as solo saxophone or clarinet with backing tracks, or grow into a tailored ensemble with piano, guitar, violin, cello, vocals and DJ.
A six-piece live band is also available for a bigger sound. Ceremony music can be elegant and personal; drinks reception and dinner warm, refined and never intrusive; the party can build into a DJ-led set with live saxophone and vocalist.
Pietro is also a composer and can arrange a first dance or special request for the line-up performing on the day. His aim is simple: music that feels personal to the couple, welcoming to every guest and exactly right for the way the celebration unfolds.

Repertoire is chosen wedding by wedding, across four areas:
- Ceremony: classical and sacred pieces, film themes, and modern songs arranged for sax, clarinet, violin, piano or guitar.
- Drinks reception: jazz and swing standards, bossa nova, lounge and acoustic versions of pop songs.
- Dinner: soft jazz, soul and Italian and international pop, kept at conversation volume.
- Party: house and deep house, funk, disco, soul, R&B, Latin and current chart music, with live sax over the - DJ set.
- First dance and special requests are learned and arranged on request.
