Silk & Soul is where elegance meets groove. Born in the heart of Florence’s vibrant soul and jazz scene, this project blends refined musicianship with warm stage presence to create live music that feels both classy and alive.

Originally formed as an intimate piano and vocal duo, Silk & Soul has grown into a flexible collective that can expand effortlessly into a trio or full band when the moment calls for something bigger.
Whether it’s a romantic wedding ceremony, a stylish cocktail hour, or a lively evening celebration, they shape every performance around the atmosphere of the event and the people in the room.
Their sound moves smoothly between soul and jazz standards, international pop, Italian classics, bossa nova and tasteful pop rock.
The common thread is always the same: emotion, quality and connection. They don’t just play songs, they build a mood.
Sophisticated when needed, playful when the energy rises, always engaging without ever overpowering the moment.
Line ups range from piano solo to vocal and piano duo, to a trio with sax, all the way to a full band featuring piano, voice, sax, drums and upright bass.
They can perform up to three hours and are happy to prepare special requests such as a first dance. A DJ service can also be added on request to keep the music flowing beyond the live sets.
Silk & Soul provides professional sound and lighting to ensure a polished experience from start to finish.
Setup time varies depending on the formation, and they are comfortable performing both indoors and outdoors.
Easy to place in smaller spaces for duo and trio formats, and adaptable for larger setups, they bring style, soul and just the right amount of sparkle to every event.
