Firmly established favourites on the UK festival ceilidh scene, 'Stomp Rock Ceilidh' fill dance-floors with their unique brand of high-energy and irresistibly dance-able folk rock.
Traditional folk tunes are given an edge with heavy riffs, playful arrangements and driving dance rhythms.
They work with some of the best ceilidh callers on the folk circuit who are experts at getting a whole room up dancing, whether the guests are complete novices or experienced ceilidh dancers alike.
With 16 years experience, the band know how to induce fun and chaos to get even the most reluctant audience members onto the dancefloor.

Their sets usually run as two one-hour sessions, keeping the dance floor lively from start to finish.
While their standard line-up is the full band, they can sometimes perform as a four-piece with just one guitarist if needed.
As one of the UK's best ceilidh bands, they provide their own sound system and lighting and are happy for clients to plug a device into their PA to run playlists between or after the live sets.
Arrival times are flexible, usually between 5 and 7pm, with about an hour required for set-up and soundcheck.
As a dedicated ceilidh band, Stomp Rock Ceilidh don’t typically learn outside requests such as first dances, focusing instead on the traditional tunes and rhythms that make ceilidhs so memorable.
They carry full Public Liability Insurance and PAT-tested equipment and while they’re comfortable performing outdoors or in unusual spaces like barns or courtyards, they do ask for cover to protect their instruments and PA in case of rain.
