About That Funky Brass Band – professional roaming brass band based in Birmingham, UK
As an acoustic band, they can perform both indoors and outdoors without needing to soundcheck, allowing the party to begin immediately!
Bringing the feel of a New Orleans street parade and party to your event with a blend of songs from Atomic Kitten, Beyonce, Daft Punk, and The Black Eyed Peas.
Remixing modern jazz, pop, and funk music with New Orleans' heavy sounds.
They were featured on ITV's This Morning and are sure to get the party started.
Since their inception, they have performed on ITV Live, BBC Radio 6 at the Great Escape Festival in Brighton, Matt and Phreds, Blues Kitchen, Derry Jazz Festival, Button Factory Dublin, Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Boomtown Festival, Shambala Festival, Wychwood Festival, and Hare and Hounds Kings Heath.

8 piece (x 2 Trumpets, Tenor Saxophone, Trombone, Baritone Saxophone, Snare Drum, Bass Drum and Sousaphone).
Smallest band can be 5 piece, largest can add additional instruments or vocalist to 8 piece band.

Our standard quotes are for the following:
2 x 50-minute sets with a 15-30 minute break in between. Although we are flexible on timings to suit your event.
All Day Bookings: Up to 4 x 50-minute sets (2 sets before and 2 sets after the meal).
We arrive 1 hour before the first set, and our setup time is just 15 minutes.
We can perform as a brass covers band in multiple locations throughout the day, from outdoor ceremonies to intimate indoor receptions.
We can also provide a DJ, as well as a DJ with live musicians (e.g. saxophone).
