About Touha – professional Female Singer & Lounge band based in Prague, Czech Republic
Touha is a well-established band from Slovakia and Czechia, now based in Prague and performing at weddings and private events across the region.
The band brings a rare level of professional experience, having recorded and shared the stage with Grammy Award-winning musicians including members of Snarky Puppy, TOTO, Sting's touring band and John Mayer's recording circle.
The band's lead vocalist is renowned for her world-class interpretations of Adele and this became the foundation of Touha's signature show.
The repertoire centres on lounge pop and soul, blending timeless classics with contemporary favourites in a style that brings elegance and warmth to any occasion.
Touha offers flexible line-ups ranging from an intimate trio with piano, acoustic guitar and vocals to a full six-piece band with drums, synths and bass.
The trio is ideal for ceremony music or a drinks reception, while the full band brings energy and atmosphere to the evening celebration.
The band is happy to learn song requests from clients, including first dances, to make each performance feel personal and memorable.
Performances are typically structured as 45 to 60-minute sets, with flexibility to tailor timings to the flow of an event.
The band arrives two to three hours before the start time to set up and sound check, with setup taking approximately 30 minutes.
A minimum performance area of 3m x 3m is required.
Touha carries comprehensive public liability insurance and PAT-certified equipment and is equally comfortable performing outdoors or in unusual settings such as barns and beaches.
