The UK Steel Band play for a variety of events every year from garden parties to weddings, thanksgiving services, street parties, work parties, fayres and fetes.
They are a 7 piece pure steel band.
The group is led by Nicola Fairey, a qualified teacher B.Ed (Hons). In 1993 she established a steel band in the school she was working in.
With the help of several different pan teachers including Dexter Joseph and Europe's top pan woman, Rachel Hayward, it became an instant success with the children, parents, teachers and many organisations who hired them.
