About Partners in Rhyme – professional vocal jazz & comedy duo based in London
We are Partners in Rhyme, a raffishly reputable cabaret duo giving classic songs a contemporary twist, serving a blend of cabaret originals, jazz/swing favourites and newer numbers that are sure to cause a stir on the dance floor.
Classically trained as Cambridge choral scholars, we specialise in writing and performing parodies, which have since featured in international media and at the 10 Downing Street Christmas party (despite being vetoed by Mr Cameron’s aides).
From private parties to corporate events, we perform cabaret sets to amuse and delight, accompanied by piano, or a jazz trio of piano, double bass and drums or even a bigger band with London’s best brass players, depending on your requirements.
We have sung for two princes, two PMs, and at the ‘7th best party in the world’ (according to Time magazine). So have us sing for you…

Our luxury V.I.P. 7-star service...
To make your party unforgettable - or to give an unforgettable gift - we can write you a personalised song.
Tell us some fun facts about your beloved / best friend / CEO...
We'll make it all rhyme. Set it to a favourite tune. Then voilà.
Then here's one we did at a 50th at Somerset House for a suave lawyer (whose friends tease him for trying to cultivate a 007 mystique).
And... one we did at a hen night (for a formidable lady called Clare who is finally marrying her old flame).
"Every generation needs a classy, charming, original, fresh-faced, stylish and witty musical double-act. We’ve found ours: Partners in Rhyme."
"“Completely transformed the austere State Dining Room for our Christmas party... effortlessly got everyone dancing... their 'Me And My Shadow' parody received a raucous reception... they were the highlight of the evening!”"
"“Satirical charm and old-fashioned suave.”"
"Performers at our galas have included Edward Fox, Robert Bathurst and Alexander Armstrong... the need to 'get it right' for both the fundraising and 600 audience is of the utmost importance… Getting it right was exactly what Partners in Rhyme did!"
"B&C's bespoke song for my wife's 50th at Highclere Castle made her laugh and cry at the same time... I cannot recommend them highly enough. My advice: book them."
"Had fun last night at The Pheasantry. A lovely crowd. Thank you to everyone who was there. I can highly recommend comedy musical duo Partners in Rhyme who will be playing there next Saturday 3rd Sept. Two very funny gifted and rather gorgeous young men...what's not to like?! go see X"
"Thank you SO much for the most amazing evening. The bespoke song was so fantastic, funny, brilliant.... you made my birthday very very special."
"I commissioned a song for my company's quarterly review party - my colleagues dished the dirt on office politics and B&C came up with an ingenious parody of our company jingle which had everyone in fits of laughter!"
"Their bespoke song was utterly hilarious, really got the audience going and gave the impression that they had known all those mentioned intimately for years! It absolutely made our party."
