Discography

In June 2013 the band released their debut album in association with Hot Club Records (NOR) under the supervision of Jon Larsen (Hot Club de Norvege).

The album offers their view on contemporary gypsy jazz, providing it with nine original compositions, which implicate their impression of the genre by invoking numerous influences from traditional jazz, starting from bebop and all over to modal jazz, as well as other aspects.

The year 2014 marked the completion of The Zagreb Jazz Band's second album, titled Swing '14.

The album gave an insight into their vision of jazz standard as such, at the same time serving as an experiment in the genre by offering numerous compositions rarely heard on gypsy jazz releases or concert venues.

The record was also released by Hot Club Records (NOR) and is available on all the aforementioned online sources.

Furthermore, the acclaimed Norwegian jazz guitarist Jon Larsen of Hot Club Records included a track from Swing '14 in their compilation Django Festival 8, showcasing the best of contemporary Gypsy Jazz.
