"Dear Anna, I am so grateful for all of the effort and commitment you and the rest of Amethyst Strings put in to making the music for Dan and my wedding so special. Your performances on the day were beautiful (lots of guests commented excitedly on the contemporary songs you were playing at the cocktail reception!) and I am in love with your arrangement of our first dance song. I wasn’t sure whether to spend the money getting it recorded but I am so glad we did! Thank you for your commitment and focus from beginning to end on understanding what I wanted and bringing it to life. I’ve spent hours practising to this song, and the crescendos in the music still get me every time!"

"I booked Amethyst Stings for a private dinner at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday evening, playing as a Duo for a drinks reception and as a Quintet during dinner. The musicians were extremely professional from our initial correspondence, and whilst at the Hall. Beautifully dressed to our theme and dress code, the playing was of an exceptional standard. The choice of music was also perfect for the occasion, and I felt it was chosen to specifically complement the evening. I would recommend Amethyst Strings highly and will certainly be booking them again in the future, especially as they can play as a Duo, Trio, Quartet or Quintet, which is very beneficial from a budget perspective. Thank you for providing such excellent musicians via FixTheMusic. Knowing I can book with confidence through your site is a huge plus and very reassuring!"

"Just want to say how amazing Amethyst Strings are and can't recommend them enough for weddings! I had them perform during my wedding ceremony & drinks reception at my recent wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and they were fabulous! The music they played was a mixture of classical & modern pieces and it just added to the fantastic wedding atmosphere. Everyone loved them, they were extremely professional & easy to communicate with and looked the glamorous part! Thank you so much & sorry I never got to say hello!!!!"

"I just wanted to say a public thank you for playing at our wedding on April 22nd. You were amazing and really helped to create the atmosphere we had hoped for. You were so responsive and helpful in the run up, you looked and sounded great on the day and I just loved walking in to you playing canon. Thanks so, so much. Liz and Paul xx"
