Some people are born with music in their blood. For DJ Rezzo, that passion took hold at the age of 11, inspired by his father, a lifelong guitar lover who would delight friends and family with traditional Italian songs at every celebration.
Surrounded by music from an early age, he began studying the instrument and, with the encouragement of a close friend, soon turned that early fascination into a career.
Over more than 15 years behind the decks, DJ Rezzo has built a reputation across Florence and throughout Tuscany, performing at some of the region's most prestigious clubs and providing musical support alongside some of Italy's leading DJs.
Today he brings that club-honed experience to weddings and private events, where his ability to read the crowd and tailor every set to the room keeps dance floors full from the first dance to the last.
His repertoire is broad and adaptable, spanning contemporary hits, Italian and international favourites, Latin music, 70s and 80s classics, group dances and the biggest dance tracks of the moment.
Whether the brief is an elegant cocktail hour or a high-energy party, he shapes the soundtrack around the couple and their guests.
DJ Rezzo also collaborates regularly with live musicians, including violinists and saxophonists, adding a live dimension to his DJ sets for couples who want something a little different.
He arrives at each venue two to three hours before the start of the event, allowing around two hours for setup and sound check depending on the number of music stations required.
DJ Rezzo performs with his own professional audio and lighting equipment, and is happy to perform outdoors or in unusual settings such as barns and beaches.
He can learn song requests such as a first dance, and provides a laptop playlist service between and after his live sets.
