"We had Funkytown Express play at our wedding and they were absolutely brilliant. Everybody absolutely loved them and the dance floor was full all night. Great performances of great songs! They performed our first dance (At Last by Etta James) and it was perfect - exactly what we wanted. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!"
"I can’t thank you enough for such a fantastic evening. I’ve had all of the guests saying how wonderful you were and how you made the evening so enjoyable. My mum loves music as I’m sure you could tell…don’t think many 70-year-olds would be up dancing all night!! She thought you were amazing and said it was the best birthday gift she had! So once again from me, thank you for making it such a memorable evening for my mum."
"Absolutely fantastic, we couldn't have asked for a better wedding band! Their communication was great and on the night they arrived and set everything up in the background extremely quickly and professionally, without disrupting the rest of the evening. They even provided lighting as we only had a couple of small lights at the venue. Their song selection was perfect and their playing and vocals were incredible! We had so many compliments from our guests and they had people up and dancing from the very first song they played! On top of this, they were really nice friendly guys to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks again for a great night!"
"Funkytown Express made our Christmas Party unforgettable! Their communication was excellent throughout the entire planning process, and their performance was outstanding. Everyone had an amazing time and enjoyed the set immensely."
