About The Madrid Salsa Band – professional salsa & Latin band based in Madrid, Spain

We are a salsa, funk and Latin jazz band based in Madrid comprising musicians from different nationalities, from Venezuela to Cuba and Colombia.

We are influenced by Latin sounds and the powerful scene of 70s grooves.

We have played in venues such as Bar&Co, Cafe Berlin, Sala Ancora, El Juglar, and festivals such as Noches Barbaras, Primavera Salsera, WIM International and many others across Spain and Europe.

The band was recently booked on FixTheMusic to provide headline entertainment for Facebook at the World Mobile Congress in Barcelona, Spain.

We're regularly booked to perform for weddings and events at Hotel Fuente del Sol in Málaga, Hotel Mas Carreras in Bordils and NH Collection Paseo del Prado Hotel in Madrid, Spain.

"For our wedding in the south of Spain, we were looking for a band that could make everybody dance. A band that plays Spanish songs that are either well-known (to make everyone sing along) or less known. To mix it a bit with a few international songs that are preferably not too cheesy.

What an evening! Although we were a bit nervous after booking a band without ever seeing them playing in real life, they exceeded all our expectations. They are all great musicians, have a huge repertoire and they definitely know how to party! All our guests were thrilled (still talking about it) and it was better than we could ever imagine.

Besides delivering us the night of our life, they accommodated for all the necessary formalities. The band leader (who was very approachable throughout the whole process) was willing to have a videocall with us on beforehand to discuss our wishes, they arranged their own accommodation and they brought all the equipment that was needed. We would definitely recommend booking the Madrid Salsa Band for your (wedding) party."
