"Mashup Kings played at our wedding and they were absolutely INCREDIBLE! To give you a sense of our wedding, we’re in our early 30s .. we had tipis at a campsite.. and loads of people there were really into music. We therefore spent ages looking for a band which would get all generations on the dance floor, who wouldn’t be cheesy and who would play a variety of styles of music. And we definitely made the right choice. Everyone danced all night long and had the best time ever! What we loved most about them (which made them unique) is their incredible mash ups… from a garage mash up to Stevie Wonder to pop and rock… just such a mix of amazing tunes and having them as mash ups means you get to hear about 3 times as many amazing tunes as normal! The band were all so lovely and super high energy. Benji was also extremely helpful in the run up and set up, as we borrowed some of his gear for the music after the band and during a song my husband did during the speeches. "ABSOLUTELY SMASHED IT OUT OF THE PARK. Benji and the guys were completely phenomenal and provided the most amazing entertainment. We were so excited when we booked and they delivered beyond expectations. Benji was great at all the pre-event comms and planning, we had a few key songs and then he took over from there. He told us to trust him to read the room and he was so right, we didn’t have to worry about anything. All the songs we wanted were included and for everything else the guys just knew exactly what was needed. "Mashup Kings were quite simply the life & soul of our wedding day. Super easy to deal with in the run up to the event, just a few simple conversations & discussions (on phone / WhatsApp) about a few key songs - and they took care of everything else. Considering they flew out to our wedding in Mallorca in early August (& all the logistics that entails), it all went super smoothly and Benji was a dream to deal with. They performed some acoustic songs before our ceremony, then a live jazzy set before dinner, sang us in to dinner (and had to improvise to keep the crowd entertained while the bride did her hair!) - before then smashing a live set after dinner for ~80 mins. Also provided a DJ for the disco after their live set (til 3am) which was a major bonus. We have memories stored & captured forever thanks to Mashup Kings - their choice of set list, the variety achieved through mashups and even the little things like the lead in to our first dance song, all were EXACTLY what we wanted and our crowd matched up really well to their style (& went wild!) - our wedding & memories would not be the same without them. All our guests are raving about the band and a number of them want to book in future. Thank you SO much guys, just amazing!!"
