Sofi si è diplomata all'ISSM Conservatorio "G. Cantelli" di Novara in Arpa, sotto la guida della M° Maria Luisa Bona. Attualmente si dedica a concerti, eventi culturali e matrimoni in tutta Italia. Ha suonato nell'orchestra giovanile del Conservatorio di Novara sotto la guida del M° Giorgio Tagliabue.
Ha collaborato con l'Orchestra Sinfonica delle Terre Verdiane e con il coro Gregorio Magno diretti dal Maestro Mauro Trombetta. Ha partecipato a Concorsi e Masterclass, con Anna Maria Restani, Melinda Felletàr, Isabelle Moretti, Irina Zingg, Mario Falcao, Fabrice Pierre, Park Stickney.
Ha al suo attivo diversi concorsi, concerti, masterclass, matrimoni ed eventi culturali, in cui ha suonato da sola, in duo e in orchestra. Spinta da una grande passione, sta approfondendo i suoi studi avvicinandosi sempre di più alla musicoterapia per accompagnare sedute meditative e sedute di yoga. Collabora con alcuni centri olistici nel nord italia.
