About Nightfly Jazz – professional Jazz Band band based in Chepstow, UK
Led by multi-award-winning jazz singer and saxophonist Bec, Nightfly Jazz showcases a collective of exceptional musicians, each contributing to its sophisticated sound.
Nightfly Jazz has become accustomed to luxury entertainment, performing for an impressive array of audiences including Royal Families, Presidents, Prime Ministers and Leaders of Industry.

From a smooth duo featuring one of the UK’s top trumpeters to a full Big Band with strings, the group tailors its lineup to complement any occasion.

Performance Options
The band offers a range of line-ups to suit different events, venues and budgets. Popular options include:
- Jazz Quartet – vocals (with occasional saxophone), piano, bass and drums
- Jazz Quintet – vocals (with occasional saxophone), trumpet, piano, bass and drums
For events with smaller budgets or limited space, solo and duo performances are also available. The band is happy to tailor their setup to meet the specific needs of each event.
All standard bookings generally include:
- Up to 2 hours of live classic jazz music
- Professional musicians with all necessary instruments and backline equipment
- Smart, cocktail, or black-tie attire to match the event style
- Travel within the UK
- Recorded background music during performance breaks
- A small PA system, suitable for many events*
*if the room is huge/a strange shape, or sound needs to be relayed around the room or monitoring is necessary, a PA with dedicated sound engineer will be required, incurring further cost
Clients are asked to provide:
- If necessary, a suitable PA system and sound engineer (quotes are available on request; the band can provide a small PA system where appropriate)
- Light refreshments and drinks for the musicians
- A private dressing room with a full-length mirror
- On-site parking
