Party Academics started their academic adventure together at Oxford University, where they were both part of a globally celebrated a-cappella ensemble.
We're regularly booked to perform for weddings and events at Antico Borgo San Lorenzo in Italy, Almiral de la Font in Barcelona and Middleton Lodge Estate in Richmond.
With the help of their viral hits, this gifted group attracted the notice of Shakira, who recognised them and helped them advance to the Britain's Got Talent semi-finals.
Following their graduation from Oxford, Party Academics competed in the live finals of The X Factor UK.

The duo's expertly produced medleys highlight their outstanding vocals and instrumental prowess: expect pulsing guitar, thrilling synthesisers, and lush live saxophone as they move from one timeless tune to another.
These seasoned professionals know how to engage a crowd and will tailor each performance to the occasion.
Party Academics normally perform two live sets of evening music (45 minutes each), but can also provide DJing or acoustic sets as a supplement.
In addition to their live stage sets, they can also perform a Roaming set as an additional option to their original setup.

The Party Academics were off-the-charts brilliant!
I arranged a surprise party for my wife, which was intended to bring together her family and closest friends to celebrate how fun she is. The Party Academics delivered an exceptional performance, everyone loved them and were dancing throughout the evening. There’s often a lull during a party, but the energy created remained so high all night and that was down to the talented duo and their well-prepared act. They are brilliant musicians but also way more,: they read the room and entertained us with personal touches, funny transitions and a genuine warmth and desire to make the party a success for us.
Josh was great to deal with during the planning, he was really flexible, helpful, organised and relaxed. There were no egos, just a genuine appreciation that the party wasn’t all about them and he went out of his way to make it special for my wife.
Thank you guys, you’ve helped create many lasting, very special and funny memories for our friends snd family!

As an event organizer myself - picking a band to perform at my own wedding was a big challenge for me and I needed to get it right - but man - I couldn’t have done better if I tried.
