About The Principals – professional wedding & party band based in Benevento, Campania, Italy
Meet The Principals, a vibrant four-piece band based in Benevento, Italy, renowned for their vintage Italian sound infused with a captivating and entertaining style.
Specialising in weddings, parties and private events, their versatile repertoire spans Italian classics, international hits, with hints of rumba and Neapolitan flair.
They are regularly booked to perform for weddings and events at Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte in Florence and Cantina Masicei in Vibo Valentia, Italy.
Comprising a singer/guitarist, drummer, bassist, and electric guitar/violin virtuoso, The Principals create a dynamic musical experience that transitions from setting a romantic ambience to igniting the dance floor.
They offer acoustic roaming performances to warmly welcome guests, as well as a live amplified set to get everyone dancing during or after dinner.
Background music is provided during breaks, and a microphone is available for speeches if needed during lunch or dinner.
Their repertoire is a charming mix of international and classic Italian tunes that resonate with a global audience, with the option to include jazzy instrumental pieces upon request.
They can perform a roaming set throughout the entire dinner, if desired.
What sets their roaming act apart is the use of compact, battery-powered amplifiers. They play a couple of songs in one spot, then move to another, making sure every guest gets a personal slice of the music.
Roaming is a great fit for aperitifs where guests are mingling in a garden or on a terrace. However, for a dinner setting, a fixed concert format might be ideal - featuring music between courses and wrapping up with a lively set that gets everyone dancing!
