They went out of their way to make sure the timing of their performances worked perfectly around our day, which made everything feel seamless. They had everyone on the dance floor for hours, and our guests haven't stopped talking about them. We received so many compliments about how amazing they were, and they truly made our wedding even more memorable. Even the staff said that they were the best band they have ever heard. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again in a heartbeat. They were worth every penny, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!”

On the day, they performed as a five-piece band, and the energy, musicianship and vocals were simply fantastic! Beyond the music, they were impeccably organised, warm, flexible and a genuine pleasure to work with. Their repertoire is incredibly varied, they keep the music flowing seamlessly throughout the day, happily accommodate guest requests wherever possible, and even took care of the announcements for us, which was hugely appreciated. Most importantly, they created an atmosphere that had everyone smiling, dancing and talking about the celebration long after it had finished. A truly first-class team, and one I would recommend without hesitation for any high-end wedding or event.”
“5 stars are not enough! A very fun band of excellent quality with a brilliant repertoire. But, the most important thing they bring is an intensely personalised attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble in the planning. Every effort was made to understand the event and what was important to us as the clients. There was zero sense of bashing out a standardised set list. In fact, new music was even learned to make this event as special as possible. Timings were immaculate and The Roaming Folks went out of their way to work with the other staff at the event. Not to mention, it was intensely hot and they did not wilt, or even hint at any difficulties. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“The Ferryman are amazing!! Zack and the rest of the band got the party started at our wedding and kept an amazing positive vibe throughout! On an extremely hot day the band had amazing energy, they were able to play music outside our town hall and then played throughout the journey to the reception on a vintage double decker bus, very impressive! They got such an amazing vibe going and all our guests absolutely loved them. Throughout the day the band were just incredible and Zack was really friendly and responsive when booking the band as well. Could not recommend them higher!!”

My daughter was quite particular with her playlist and they never balked at all she wanted. On the day itself they were brilliant. Our bands generally perform in a range of styles, including pop, rock, folk, indie, funk, soul and jazz. On FixTheMusic, there is also a selection of Mumford & Sons style acoustic bands who are increasingly in demand to perform at vintage and festival themed weddings in the UK.
All bands on FixTheMusic have public liability insurance and PAT tested equipment.
