The P.A. system being offered by my venue wasn't suitable for a band and Henrietta sourced a suitable one at a better price. We're regularly booked to perform for weddings and events at Royal Institute of British Architects on Portland Place and Lina Stores Restaurant in Marylebone, London.
Let the band take you on a Vespa ride back to retro bella Italia with a mix of Italian swing favourites like 'Volare' and 'That’s Amore' intertwined with rustic Roman Stornelli, romantic Neapolitan ballads, enticing bossa nova and samba rhythms along with foot-tapping rock 'n' roll and boogie-woogie.

Since the group formed in 2014, Buona Notte Jazz Band have gone from strength to strength, performing both in the UK and internationally at weddings, corporate events and private parties.
Past clients include exclusive VIP wedding destination La Cervara in Portofino, Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel in Knightsbridge, Bella Vita Expo in London, Festival Italia at Brands Hatch, Just Eat Food Festival in Shoreditch, The English Italian Awards, Horsham Piazza Italia, Wilton's Music Hall, Manchester Palace Hotel, The Beaumont Estate and Le Quecumbar Gypsy Jazz Bar.

Available from a duo to a quintet, the band is extremely versatile and can provide both elegant background music and get their audiences on their dancing feet.
Buona Notte Jazz Band consists of Henrietta (Vocals and Violin), Charly (Clarinet/Saxophone/Flute), Riccardo (Drums), Ale (Double Bass) and Fabrizio (Guitar).
We also cater for special Italian themes including the Godfather film trilogy, La Dolce Vita, That's Amore (Italian love songs), Italo-American crooners.
Set up / Performance
It takes us about 20 minutes to set up, and the same amount of time to pack up at the end of the event. Our basic performance package is 2 x 45 min sets with a short break in between sets. Longer options are available on request, e.g. 3 x 45 min sets.
Technical Requirements
We require a space of around 3m x 2m and a power source. We provide our own amplification for performances. However, if the venue is very large we may need to arrange the hire of a PA system.
About Henrietta
Henrietta is a singer-songwriter and musician from London.
Henrietta studied classical singing and jazz vocal studies at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London, Lancaster University and the Conservatorio “G.B. Martini” di Bologna, Italy.
After graduating she lived and worked in Italy for a period of five years and worked as a teacher of English and Music. She also performed as a lead vocalist in a variety of musical projects.
Henrietta returned to London in 2014 to pursue a career as a vocalist. She currently performs in the UK and abroad as a soloist and the lead singer of a number of bands including Buona Notte Jazz Band.
