Most of our Spain-based bands bring their own instruments and PA system, and some include a sound engineer in their quote. Many Spanish wedding venues, particularly fincas, masias and rural estates, do not have built-in sound systems. The Malaga Swing Band includes a small sound setup in their quote, and The Madrid Salsa Band routinely provides professional sound equipment, transport and accommodation in their pricing. When you enquire, ask the band what is included so you know whether a separate equipment rental is needed.

For intimate weddings of 30 to 50 guests, a duo or trio is usually the right fit and keeps the volume comfortable for a smaller space. For 50 to 100 guests, a trio or quartet works well for both cocktail hour and evening entertainment. For larger weddings of 100 or more, a 4 or 5-piece band gives you the fuller sound needed to fill the room.
