How Far Do Isle of Wight Wedding Bands Travel?
All wedding bands listed on this page travel to the Isle of Wight from the mainland by ferry. The three main ferry routes are:
- Southampton to East Cowes (Red Funnel, ~55 minutes vehicle ferry)
- Lymington to Yarmouth (Wightlink, ~40 minutes vehicle ferry)

The Upshots, who have performed at several Isle of Wight weddings, note that "ferry and overnight accommodation (if required) are separate — we will help arrange this and it will be straightforward." If your venue has on-site accommodation, it's worth asking whether they can reserve rooms for the band.
