“We chose DJ Charles because the reviews said he could read the room well, but we never imagined that our wedding party would be THIS good. It was like a dream, we danced in the rain, extended the party until the very end 4AM and everyone of our guests was having a good time. We could give our own playlists that Charles mixed into such a good and continuous party vibe. He blended our music so well into his style of DJing which matched the vibe of our crowd perfectly. This way we had the feeling it was really our party with our own music, but even better than that! Apart from this, he also shows he is completely in control of his technical set up, the timeline and was ensuring our guests and ourselves had 0 to think about when it came to sound, microphones, speeches and extra background music for meaningful moments (cake music, entrance music, special catering service music). If we’d have to describe Charles, we would say only positive vibes, very professional, very flexible, knows exactly what he’s doing and how weddings work. 100% recommend him to everyone and for anywhere where Charles is able to play. We will never forget the feeling we had on this night.”

“Chris was the star of the night at our wedding at Chateau Gassies in Bordeaux. For our guests, having someone who understood American culture in France was really important and Chris knocked it out of the park. He was able to freestyle at the request of our guests and was able to respectfully decline guests to upkeep the bride’s request as a last song! Chris was on time and was quick to adapt to last minute changes and new environments. There is nothing better than having a DJ to be loved by all guests as a friend. “From start to finish, Mixology were simply unbelievable. They were incredibly accommodating right from the outset, and nothing was too much trouble. We had a unique situation where our final balance payment ended up being roughly 2–3 weeks overdue as we were travelling for an extended period – they were extremely understanding and patient about this, which we hugely appreciated. We created a Spotify playlist with all the songs we love and added them to it, which meant they could play our favourites from start to finish. On the day itself, they were flexible and responsive to the atmosphere, taking on board the different vibes we wanted throughout the day and delivering them perfectly. We even decided last-minute to extend our booking on the night – they were due to finish at 3:30 am, but we kept the party going until 4:30 am, and they didn’t bat an eyelid. The energy never dropped, and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how amazing the music was. I honestly can’t recommend Mixology highly enough. They helped make our wedding day unforgettable.”
